In a perfect world as leads came into what you are promoting you’ll be able to call them immediately. They’d happily pick up the phone, they might answer each query, and at the end of a few minutes they would invest in a new coverage with you. It would be an exquisite world; you would simply turn up the leads and sell increasingly more insurance policies because you may immediately converse to any prospect.

This submit is not about the right way to setup a Dialogic to work with Lync. Dialogic already has all of the documentation (even a pattern configuration file) to get you getting in that respect.
