The customer support at this firm is HORRIBLE! I’ve not had cable television for an entire 7 days. I had 3 appointments scheduled yesterday at 9-10 am, three-5 pm and eight-9 pm. The supervisor, Scott assured me that the technician would arrive yesterday and perhaps even early for the 8 pm time-frame. No one ever confirmed up and no one referred to as to inform me that they weren’t coming. The technicians are unprofessional. They repeatedly make appointments and no show. There can be no watching Sunday Soccer at our home, thanks to Constitution Spectrum. I can not wait to get another cable tv service provider.
